Ordering & Payment Ordering Online:
For products displayed online,
you may order any products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and
following the instructions to submit the order. Only credit card orders can be taken
online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
The order and payment
information you provide will be sent electronically and processed immediately. You will
receive an email within 15 minutes confirming your order.

Shipping Information
Our high-quality, GM Photostore images are printed on demand when you order them.
On average, your print will be processed within 48 hours or the next business day if the
order was placed on a weekend or holiday.
All images are hand packaged by our expert staff to insure that they will not be
damaged in transit. Larger prints will be shipped in special designed photographic
shipping containers.
The GM PhotoStore offers several options for shipping your order after
they have been printed and inspected by hand by our photo lab technicians. Shipping
prices are based upon the total order value
and number of prints ordered. The following schedules apply based upon the
ship-to-location.
Shipping Rates
US Address within the Continental 48 States
Standard Mail Delivery generally arrives 3-7 business days after shipment.
Priority Mail Delivery generally arrives the 2nd business day after shipment. Standard
Mail Deliveries are not traceable. Priority delivery is not available for APO/FPO
addresses. Delivery prices are the following:

GMPhotostore ships to most Countries outside the USA. If the ship to
Country is not listed in the pull down menu in the checkout process, please contact us by
email for shipping information.
Customs Information:
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any
additional charges for customs clearance must be paid on upon receipt and will be in
addition to shipping prices. We do not have any control over these charges. Please
contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges
GMPhotoStore
Guarantee
At GMPhotoStore, your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If
for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it (in new condition,
please) within 45 days. We will gladly exchange it, or refund your money.
To
Return or Exchange Merchandise
Please call our Customer Service Department
1-800-558-2550 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning
merchandise.
If we made an error on your order, GMPhotoStore will gladly reimburse
you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise.
We do not issue call tags. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original
purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you with no
shipping charge.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within
45 days of original purchase (invoice date).
Return merchandise should be packed
in its original packaging (outside shipping package, if in suitable condition) with a
copy of the packing slip and a short note explaining the reason for the return or
exchange.
We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through UPS who will
provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. US Priority
Mail is also acceptable with delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsive to your
request without your return in hand. We would hate if something happened to your return
in transit and you were unable to track it!
A credit for the cost of the returned
merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We
will be happy to send you a replacement item prior to the item being returned to us, but
we will charge your credit card for the replacement shipment. When we receive the
returned merchandise, your account will be issued a credit. Sorry, we cannot be
responsible for bank charges for overdrafts. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your statement.

What print sizes and formats are available?
The following print sizes are available for the GM PhotoStore. Inch sizes are exact,
metric sizes are calculated (2.54cm = 1 Inch) and rounded off:
8" x 10" (20 x 25 cm) ,
16" x 20" (40 x 50 cm) ,
24" x 30" (61 x 76 cm) . Prints come in Matte format with a Full Bleed Border.

Do you crop images to fit the paper size?
In order to maintain the integrity of the original photograph, we do not crop to fit the
print paper proportions. Therefore, your borders may vary according to the proportions of
the original image format.

I notice your images have a watermark; does my print come like
this? This watermark is used to protect the images on the
website, and is not included on your prints.

How quickly will I get my custom prints?
Our high-quality prints are printed on demand when you order them. On average, your print
will be processed within 48 hours or the next business day if the order was placed on a
weekend or holiday. Shipping time varies from 2-10 days depending on the shipping option
selected.

How does the quality of your prints compare to other services? Our museum quality prints are crafted using Light Jet printers and the
latest and best available Kodak paper. We use state of the art multi-layer color papers
that provide image stability for more than 100 years before any noticeable fading occurs.
