What print sizes and formats are available?
Your prints are made to order by Duggal Visual Solutions, Inc. of New York. Named "2002 Photo Imager of the Year" by Photographic Processing Magazine, Duggal is recognized worldwide for its quality printing and breadth of innovative graphic services to museums, galleries, artists and top corporations for over 40 years.

The following print sizes are available for the GM PhotoStore. Inch sizes are exact, metric sizes are calculated (2.54cm = 1 Inch) and rounded off.

Do you crop images to fit the paper size?
In order to maintain the integrity of the original photograph, we do not crop to fit the print paper proportions. Therefore, your borders may vary according to the proportions of the original image format.

I notice your images have a watermark; does my print come like this?
This watermark is used to protect the images on the website, and is not included on your prints.

What are your shipping rates?

How quickly will I get my custom prints?
Our high-quality prints are printed on demand when you order them. On average, your print will be processed within 48 hours or the next business day if the order was placed on a weekend or holiday. Shipping time varies from 2-10 days depending on the shipping option selected.

What should I do if I receive my order, but choose to return it?
Should you not be completely satisfied with the quality of your photo(s) for any reason, please return it for a full refund within 30 days and we will refund your credit card (minus shipping and handling charges). What do I do if my package was damaged during shipment?
First e-mail us at GMPhotoStore@mallservicesgroup.com and let us know what happened. We will reprint and ship your order as soon as possible. Secondly, please send the damaged print to us so that we can see how to correct this problem in the future. Our return address can be found at http://www.GM PhotoStore.com/returns.asp.

How does the quality of your prints compare to other services?
Our museum quality prints are crafted using Light Jet printers and the latest and best available Kodak paper. We use state of the art multi-layer color papers that provide image stability for more than 100 years before any noticeable fading occurs. The prints are made to order by Duggal Visual Solutions, Inc. of New York.
